Hedgeway Group opened its doors in 2016 after founder, Erick Garcia, noticed a need for consulting services from someone who knows the business owner’s mindset. Erick is an integrator and builder. He has started, bought, and sold several businesses throughout his career, he gets the challenges and successes business owners face day to day. Erick brings over 25 years of experience and is dedicated to helping business owners execute on their vision and leverage his know-how for the success of his clients.
Erick has also formed joint ventures and partnerships domestically and internationally and has had success in working with executive teams at Fortune 500 companies. He currently serves on the board of directors for both non-profit and for-profit enterprises.
Erick has best practice expertise in multiple business environments and has the ability to come in and quickly assess priorities and challenges. With proven processes, he can locate the pain points of any organization and give effective road map solutions on how to alleviate those challenges.
Located in Houston, Texas, Hedgeway Group has expertise in both domestic and international business arenas.
