Erick Garcia
Erick is the founder and managing partner of Hedgeway Group. Erick brings over 26 years of business leadership and business ownership experience. Throughout his career Erick has formed joint ventures and partnerships in Latin America, bought and sold several businesses, and has had success in working with executive teams at Fortune 500 companies. He is dedicated to helping SMEs garner the knowledge to grow, and leverage his know-how for the betterment of his clients. Erick is an integrator and builder and understands the challenges business owners and leaders face.

MARÍA DE LA PAZ GARCÍA POMAR
Maripaz is a talented Innovation and Design Engineer, working with Hedgeway Group as a Project Manager to help client companies acquire the right tools to reach their goals. She has also participated in various product innovation projects for companies in Mexico such as Redbox, Tetrapak and Kimberley Clark, and currently collaborates as project and operations manager in Evolusie 3.8.
ROBERT van der Zwet
Robert is an Operations and Supply Chain expert with over 30 years of experience in distribution and manufacturing environments. During his career in senior leadership, Robert has worked domestically & internationally, implemented inventory management processes, re-engineered facilities to increase material throughput, supported multiple ERP system implementations, established key performance indicators, and installed safety & quality processes in companies experiencing high growth and rapid change. After years of hands-on experience, Robert clearly understands how and where Operational Excellence supports the overall strategic business plan.
